Your data
What we hold, and how to manage it
What we store
Churnora is designed to hold as little as it needs. Here is the complete inventory.
| What | Why we keep it | How to remove it |
|---|---|---|
| Account email | To identify your account | Delete your account in Settings |
| Password hash (not the password itself) | To sign you in | Delete your account in Settings |
| Imported customer data (company, dates, usage fields) | To score churn risk and show factors | Delete the workspace in Settings |
| Risk scores, bands and factors | To display the ranked risk table and account detail | Delete the workspace in Settings |
| Drafted save plays | So you can open the drafted email or offer for any at-risk account | Delete the workspace in Settings |
| Subscription and billing records | Required for billing and legal compliance | Contact us after cancelling |
| Form submissions from contact, help and careers forms | To reply to you | Email us to request removal |
| Server logs (request paths and timings, no customer content) | Reliability and security | Deleted automatically after 30 days |
Exporting your data
On Growth and Scale, export your scored book as CSV, scores, bands and factors included, from the risk table or Settings. On any plan, export your raw imported data from Settings at any time.
If you would prefer a different format, email us and we will arrange it.
Deleting your workspace
Deleting your workspace removes every import, every set of scores, every drafted play and the workspace record itself. This cannot be undone. Your account is not deleted: you can create a new workspace or close the account separately.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes your email, your password hash, your workspace, every import, every set of scores and every drafted play. If you have ever subscribed, we keep a minimal transaction record for 30 days for accounting purposes, after which that too is deleted.
Account deletion does not require a support ticket. The option is in Settings. If something goes wrong, email privacy@churnora.com and we will delete it manually within two business days.
What leaves Churnora
When a language provider writes the explanation for one account's factors, it receives only the eight behavioral field values for that account: the numbers the model scored it on. It does not receive the account name, contacts, or any other identifying information. The provider operates under agreements prohibiting training on API traffic.
Billing details go to Stripe. Churnora never receives or stores your card number, CVV or bank account details.
Retention periods
- Imports, scores and drafted plays: until you delete the workspace or account.
- Account records: for as long as the account is open, then 30 days.
- Form submissions: 24 months.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Backups: rolling 30 days. After that, deleted data is gone from backups too.
