Our primary language provider answered slowly between 14:20 and 15:00 UTC. Risk scores were unaffected, the scorer runs in our own code, but save-play drafts took up to a minute. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 14:38 and drafting speed returned to normal. No data was lost.

Resolved
CSV files saved from one spreadsheet tool with legacy encoding were rejected with an unhelpful error for about six hours. Affected imports failed cleanly, nothing was partially written. The parser now handles the encoding and explains itself when it cannot.
