Score first, act in your CRM
Review the ranked list and the save plays in Churnora, then open the account in whatever tool your team uses for outreach. The two are independent by design.

Monday morning
Every account in your book, scored and sorted by churn risk. The riskiest account is at the top. Revenue-at-risk breaks ties, so a large at-risk account never sits below a small one. The score comes from a behavioral ML model, not a heuristic: the same customer data always produces the same number.

Factors
The model scores eight behavioral features: sign-in recency, sign-in volume, usage trend, feature breadth, seat utilization, support load, payment health, and tenure. Each factor shown to a human traces to a concrete number in that customer's own record. "Sign-ins down 79% month over month" is the actual ratio, not an approximation.
Factors are sorted by how much they pushed the score for that specific account, so you know which signal matters most this week, for this customer.
Save play
For every at-risk account, Churnora drafts a save play: an email, a retention offer suggestion, and call notes. The language model reads the top factors the ML model computed, not a generic churn description, so the draft references what is actually happening with this account.
The draft is a starting point. Copy it, edit it, or ignore it entirely. The save play never sends itself.
Hi Marcus,
Noticed your team's activity has been significantly quieter over the past month, and two recent payment hiccups also caught my attention. I wanted to reach out directly rather than wait.
Can we get 20 minutes this week to make sure you're getting value? Happy to bring in our solutions team for a proper review if that would help.
Let me know what works.
CSV columns recognized
Column names matched loosely. Most exports from billing or product analytics tools import without renaming headers.
Import
Column names are matched loosely, so an export from your billing or product analytics tool usually works without renaming a single header. Scoring runs in-process: no queue, no waiting for an async job. By the time the confirmation screen appears, every account has a score.
Not ready to use your own data yet? Load the sample book: 48 believable accounts covering the full range of behaviors, one click. The same model scores the sample as it would score your real data.
Trends and history
On Growth, Churnora stores each scoring run. You can see whether an at-risk account is getting riskier or stabilizing, whether a save play worked, and which accounts moved into the watch band this week from healthy.
The weekly saves list on Growth surfaces the accounts that crossed into at-risk since the last scoring run, so your team knows exactly what is new rather than re-reading the whole board.

Where it fits
Review the ranked list and the save plays in Churnora, then open the account in whatever tool your team uses for outreach. The two are independent by design.
On Growth, export the full scored book as a CSV: company, risk score, band, top factors, revenue at risk. Import into your CS tool, a spreadsheet, or a dashboard.
On Scale, scores and factors are available via API so your engineering team can pull them directly into your product, your internal tools, or your data warehouse.
Every score is accompanied by the behavioral factors that produced it. A number without a reason is not useful; a number with a reason is a brief for a conversation.
The drafted email and call notes are a starting point, not a script. Your CS team knows the customer better than the model does. The draft saves 10 minutes; the conversation is yours.
Your data is yours. Export your book from Settings at any time, or delete your workspace entirely. No ticket required, no waiting period.
Up to 200 customers scored per month, full model, every factor, a drafted save play for each at-risk account. No card required.
