Terms

Terms of service

Last updated August 2026. Predictions are estimates that inform a human decision. Decisions are always yours.
01

The agreement

These terms are between you and Churnora Inc., a Delaware C corporation at 600 Congress Avenue, Suite 1450, Austin, TX 78701. By creating an account or using Churnora, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Written in plain language on purpose. The second section is the most important one.

02

Predictions are estimates, not guarantees

Churnora runs a behavioral machine-learning model over the data you import and produces a ranked list of churn risk scores. Those scores are probability estimates based on patterns in your data. They are not certainties. An account scored at 0.75 will not always churn. An account scored at 0.10 sometimes will.

Churnora is a tool to focus your attention, not a system that makes decisions on your behalf. Every decision about which account to contact, what offer to make, and whether to retain or release a customer is yours. You remain responsible for those decisions and their consequences.

Nothing in Churnora's output should be treated as legal, financial, or business advice. The product says so wherever a score appears, and this section says so in writing.

03

What Churnora is

Churnora is a subscription software product. It scores customer accounts for churn risk using a behavioral logistic regression model running in our own code, ranks the accounts a retention team should focus on, translates the model's top factors into plain language, and drafts outreach plays based on those factors. The language model writes words. The behavioral model does the predicting.

Access is through a web interface at churnora.com. We do not provide services, consulting, or staffing.

04

Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • The information on your account must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials to yourself.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is accessing your account.
  • One account per workspace. Contact us if you need a multi-workspace arrangement.
05

Your data stays yours

The customer behavioral data you import into Churnora is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to process the data, score it, and store the results for you. We do not use your customer data to train shared models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond what the privacy policy describes.

You can export your raw imports, your scores, and your factor history at any time from Settings. You can delete your workspace from Settings at any time. Deletion is permanent.

06

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Churnora to break the law or to process data you are not authorized to hold.
  • Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
  • Do not attempt to scrape the service in bulk, extract the model, or reverse-engineer the scoring logic.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service for other users.
  • Do not import sensitive personal data that is not needed for churn scoring: no health records, no financial account numbers, no government identifiers.
07

Plans, billing, and cancelling

  • Free: up to 200 customers scored per month, enforced in code. An oversized import explains itself rather than silently truncating.
  • Growth ($49 per month or $490 per year) and Scale ($149 per month or $1,490 per year) are billed in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Annual billing is ten months for twelve. The annual price is locked for the term.
  • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep your account and your most recent scores on the Free tier.
  • We will not hide the cancel button and we will not require a phone call. Cancelling is in Settings.
  • If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep their price for at least 12 months and receive 30 days notice before any change.
  • Refunds: if something on our side stopped Churnora working for you, email us and we will refund the affected period.
08

Availability

We publish incidents on the status page and aim for Churnora to be available when your team needs it. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage of the company. The scoring engine runs in our own code and is not dependent on any language provider being available; explanations and drafted plays may be delayed if the language layer is degraded, but scores are not.

09

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Churnora is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including revenue lost as a result of acting on or not acting on a churn prediction.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

10

Ending it

You can stop using Churnora and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we reasonably can we will tell you why first and give you time to export your data.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware. Both parties waive a jury trial.

12

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Churnora after that means you accept the new version. Last updated August 2026.

How the model works is on the model page. Questions about any of this go to hello@churnora.com and a person will answer.
